Friends recently I was surfing and found
that many peoples have battery issues in their laptop and they cannot
find the issues and cant fixed it.........so welcome back to this blog,
today I am going to tell how to examine the battery health and the
errors so to fix that errors.....so let's get started....
How to examine the battery health???
Windows includes a new command prompt's
command to troubleshoot or say check the battery issues. (like windows
is waking up unexpectedly when putting it in sleep mode)...
This command shows up the detailed
information about your battery. It also shows the errors and also the
warnings with color bar to know how sever the error is and on sudden fix
it up......so let's go to the command....
1. First open the start menu search for the command prompt....(type cmd).
2. Now right click on the top result showing black icon and then click on RUN AS ADMINISTRATION.
3. Now type the following code cd %userprofile%/Desktop and hit Enter.
4. next type powercfg -energy and hit Enter.
Power cfg will trace the information
max. 60 sec and if you want the perfect battery report then make sure to
close your all tasks....
you will get a .html file in your
desktop and after opening it you will find the detailed of your battery
including error and warnings as shown below.......
Above you can see the full detail of the
battery and also down the error box with color i.e. the sever effects
to the battery.....
